A family friend of ours is Brett Polegato, who is a fairly well-know baritone opera singer. Yesterday I went to Toronto with my mom and aunt and nana and we went to see him along with 15 other incredible singers in this show. I mean, I’m not really into opera, I had a big glass of wine at intermission, but overall, it was very nice to see real talent. People who actually work very hard to get where they are. It was nice to be there, and to hear them sing.
On another note, who the fuck is One Direction and why do they exist?!
